Beautiful English Walnut THUMBREST grips for the Walther P5 full-sized pistols ONLY - DOES NOT FIT COMPACT MODELS
After many requests from those who have purchased our grips before, we now have some beautiful fine walnut grips for the for Walther P5 semi-automatic pistol WITH A THUMBREST.
These are stunning grips made of fine English walnut, with beautiful grain patterns and coloring, and the finest quality machining, all made in the USA.  These are not stained, and the beauty of the natural wood is thus visible to see in what is one of our finest grips.  The fit is very precise, and when installed will enhance the appearance of your firearm.  The grips are polished to achieve a tremendous glossy surface that brings out the true grain of the natural wood.  The grips are checkered within a sharply defined border, with the portion just above the grip screw and outside the border left smooth to highlight the beautiful wood.  Near the bottom of the grip, within the checkered area, the classic Walther banner logo is laser-engraved.
The thumbrest is on the left side of the grip, so the grip is a right-hand-only grip.  NOTE: If you're unable to use these because they're right-handed, see our other P5 grip sets which do not have a thumbrest on them.
These grips are easily installed, with the grip screw (included with the grips) and backside cuts used to correctly locate them on your gun prior to securing them, resulting in the grips enclosing the backstrap of the P5 in the same manner as the OEM grips.  These grips are simply outstanding when fitted to a gun, and there aren't any photos that really do these grips justice as they are simply beautiful.  The grips aren't varnished, but finished with a fine oil to enhance the beauty of the wood and preserve it as well.  Whether your gun's finish is black/blued or stainless/silver in color, these will add that special touch, as no two sets of grips have exactly the same grain.  The look of these on a stainless or blued gun is outstanding.
These are ONLY for the Walther P5 full-size models and do NOT fit the Compact models - please see our other listings for Walther P5 Compact grips.  These are NOT for the any other models from Walther or otherwise (see our other listings for additional Walther grips).  NOTE: Because of variations in the P5 frames, your gun may require these grips to be fitted to your specific frame; the grips are made to include extra material where we've seen it needed.
It is up to you to be sure these are appropriate for your gun.  If you're not sure, ASK!  Know your gun's model, as we will require such info to help you.

These grips aren't plastic or synthetic; they are fine walnut, with the grips made in the USA by craftsmen using modern CNC equipment to allow these to be sold at a price that is affordable.  They are beautifully made, and the pictures can't truly show the beauty of these grips.  The detail of the grain stands out because these aren't stained, so the natural beauty of the wood shines through.  The photos showing a 'redder' grip (the first three photos) were taken with a camera flash to clarify the detail; the flash makes the grips appear redder than normal; the grips are actually more brown as shown in the other photos.

These are for either left- or right-handed shooters, as there is no distinct thumb rest on either side's grip panel.
