Vtg Blue Silver Plated Sherry Cordial Glasses Set w/ Tray Asian Dragon Snake

Set of 6 cordial silverplate glasses/goblets.  The blue glass is an insert that comes out.  One of these is missing the glass and the rim is chipped on another one.  These stand 3 3/4 inches tall and come with a tray featuring asian buildings, buddha and mountains.  No attempt has been made to clean them and I cannot find any makers marks.
There is some silver loss on the tray, mostly the handles and it appears to be silver over copper.  The tray is 10 inches by 6 inches.
