Vintage 1980 Happy Birthday Barbie First Edition #1922 with Original Dress 🎂. This beautiful vintage doll is in great shape! She does not appear to have any stains, no bite/chew marks, no broken parts, and her limbs are movable yet not loose. Her neck appears to be in good shape without any cracks. Her original face paint is in excellent condition and fully intact. She does not appear to be missing any hair plugs and her hair is easy to brush. Her original dress is in decent shape, but has one small ink spot on it. Please see last picture for more details (The ink spot will be visible underneath Dolls elbow in last picture). The Elastic is somewhat stretched out on dress. Other than that, the dress is still shimmery with vibrant color and lovely. This style is a beautiful treasure!
