Vintage 13" Corona Extra Y Victoria Metal Beer Tray

This neat old corona trey Im pretty sure was used as display only,,the string hanger is attached with a rubber cement like glue,,I poked at it to see if it can be removed, ,looks like with minor effort or damage the glue can be removed! (In my opinion )
ZERO scratches on the surface of this trey!
The negative white in the blue background  looks to be a miss print ,no scratches !
