Small Vintage Cobalt Blue Glass Two Piece Reamer and Cup Juicer, Panelled Sides

Hi Collectors.  This is a cute little reamer set.  I can't tell you for sure who made it.  I see one guy on ebay speculating "Northwood", and someone else on the internet saying maybe "Mosser" and it's not signed.  You have to be the expert here!  It's a cutie.  The cup bottom is about 3 1/4" across.  The reamer top is about 4" across the bottom.  It stands about 4" tall (both pcs together).  I don't feel any chips, don't see any cracks.  I insist on payment within 2 days of auctions close.  Happy Ebaying!
