I bought this RV a year ago to travel north for the pandemic. I installed 6 new, matching Firestone tires, new house batteries, new front calipers and pads and a complete new power awning. All in July of last year. I resealed the roof at that time and it has not leaked a drop while I have owned it. There is evidence of prior leaking in some of the cabinets. But no stains on the ceiling. Also did new belts and an oil/filter change. Drove it 3,000+ miles to northern Michigan and back with no mechanical issues whatsoever. Drives like it should. 460 Ford starts instantly, runs good gets 10mpg. Occasionally a little more or less if you drive over 65, but averaged 10mpg on the 3000 miles, both ways on the entire length of I-75. Transmission shifts strong. No hint of any transmission trouble.Furniture isn't new but still looks nice. Front seats are exceptionally nice for the year. Convenient layout with doors on both sides of the bath and a separate room for the toilet. Couch is a lay-flat futon. We bought a sleep number mattress for the bed. But the pump developed a leak. So there is no mattress for the bed. It is an RV queen size.
Everything works. 2 ducted a/c units cool great. Ducted Furnace works. Dash a/c blows cold. Microwave/convection combo oven works fine. New fresh water pump does its job. New dump valve on the holding tank. Double door fridge gets cold on both ac and propane Generator starts, runs and charges as it should. The rv is wired for cable to the original TV. I never used it. Instead, I have the tailgater dish and a 42" lcd tv which are both included. I put new faucets in the shower and bathroom sink. Never used the shower. But both work as they should. Through the roof TV antenna was removed before I got it and the connection sealed off.
There is an in dash stereo which works fine. There is also a 6 disc CD changer which powers on but needs a remote to operate. I never cared so it is untested. But probably works, since everything else does. All the dash gauges and controls, including cruise, work as they should.
Battery charger/maintainer does what its supposed to. Solar maintainer on the roof also. New 6volt house batteries are in good shape. All the lights work. All the basement storage doors close and lock with one key. The fuel door lock doesn't work, but you don't need it. Wired for towing but no electric brakes.
I have every manual that came new with the RV. I believe I am the second owner, but never really checked on that. All in all, pretty nice RV for its age and with only 40,000 miles, it should serve the new owner well.

:
This is not a new RV. It is 25+yrs old. There are bumps, scrapes and dents all around as you would expect on a used vehicle. Nothing major. There is a soft spot on the floor under one of the bedroom windows. Probably sat open at some point in history. Doesn't leak now. Never bothered us. There is a small soft spot in the roof right behind the rear vent. Again, the vent was probably left ajar at some point. Doesn't leak at all now. And, I'm 260 and I walked all over the roof to reseal it. Other than that spot, its solid. Again, didn't bother us. There is a slight exhaust leak at the manifold. You can't hear it on the highway, and it did not change at all in 4,000 plus miles of driving. Exhaust can be a can of worms. So I didn't tear into it and I don't intend to. Pipes and muffler are all solid with virtually no rust. Its not bad at all, in any case. All typical RV stuff. But considering its age, I would say this one is well above average condition. Still looks good, has a shine to the finish and still drives great.
If you have reasonable expectations, I think you'll leave very happy. Check my feedback, I don't sell problems. Clear Florida title in my name. I will gladly demo the unit when you arrive. No disassembly of anything will be allowed in my yard. You can drive it 5 minutes after you buy it. Sorry, but I have had horrible experiences with ebay test drives. Please keep that in mind when you decide to bid. Thanks.
Deposit is to cover ebay costs. Remainder in cash upon pick up. Delivery anywhere along I-75 is a possibility
