Custom American Bowie from Chris Palmer at Scorpion Swords and Knives

This listing is for one new custom made American Bowie Knife from Chris Palmer at Scorpion Swords and Knives. The blade on this bowie is made from 1095 tempered, carbon steel.
I made a handmade leather sheath for the bowie in what I think has a traditional 18th century look to it in the stamping pattern.
The sheath was made from 9-10 oz veg tanned leather and I applied two different coats of finish to both the inside and outside of the leather. I also hand sewed the sheath with waxed thread using a saddle stitch for strength.
I attached a belt loop to the back of the sheath that will fit up to a 4” wide belt.
I then cleaned up the leather sheath with a coat of saddle soap.
