returns on custom orders unless it was a mistake on our part or an error was made by us.
Damage - Errors - Returns:
*   If an item or items are damaged upon being delivered in the mail you have 48 hours to get in contact with us before we will be able to give you a refund or send a replacement order.
*   Also, If the item was damaged in the mail PLEASE take pictures and send them to us ASAP.
*   We are NOT responsible for installation errors!!
*   We will not replace or refund if you peeled or installed the decal on any kind of surface. Returns will be not accepted if this has happened.
*   Custom made to order items are NOT returnable unless it was a mistake on our part or an error was made by us or item is damaged upon receipt.
*   PHOTO'S WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW MAIL DAMAGED ITEMS PRIOR TO INSTALL.
*   You have up to 14 days to return the item in unused condition to be able to qualify for a replacement or refund. Postage will be "YOUR" responsibility to get it back to us in the original sent condition
*   Once decal has been applied to any surface, Return policy becomes 100% void since decal can not be re-used
