That was the good, now for some reality:
This RV is 20 years old and everything works.
There are cracked tiles, I had the bathroom toilet sub-floor replaced do to a leaky fitting, the carpet is a few years old but still nice, there have been leaks in the past (repaired). I was going to replace the tile with engineered wood flooring but that will be up to you now.
The pass side luggage door has been repaired (before my time) you need to look to see it.
It is not perfect but it is ready to go.
