Description

MCI 8 BUS Conversion.
Rebuilt 8V71 Detroit diesel,
rebuilt Allison Transmission,
13 binders full of info about bus including engine shop manual, parts books, maintenance manual, shop bulletins, catalogs of all components used in the conversion of bus , maintenance performed
. Engine starts as soon as the button is pushed, it runs very well and transmission shifts great, brakes work very well with no leaks to air system, air system has automatic blow off. This engine does Not drip any oil contrary to what they say about detroit diesels. Im a firm believer that if the engine is rebuilt properly then it should not leak oil.

NEGATIVES:
BUS could use A PAINT JOB
MICROWAVE OVEN DOESNT WORK
REFRIGERATOR WORKS BUT COMPRESSOR RUNS TOO OFTEN. ( In My opinion)
Kitchen and bathroom floors are oak parquet and could use refinishing also there is a hole in the kitchen floor. It looks like it needs a new oak parquet tile.
One cracked window in bedroom.
The engine oil is about due to be changed.
Also the 4 wheel  hubs oil need changing.
I Fixed door so it closes good now.
